DescriptionLight yellow to light beige free—flowing dry powder consisting of fine spherical particles.

CompositionThe particles contain microencapsulated microbial oil rich in arachidonic acid (ARA) that is embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic (E414), sucrose and coated with starch. The product contains sodium ascorbate(E301) ,ascorbyl palmitate(E304),lecithin(E322)and DL-alpha-tocopherol(E307)as antioxidants.

SolubilityThe product can be dispersed in cold water to form a milky emulsion with good longterm stability.

Stabilization/stabilityThe product is sensitive to air, heat and light. It is recommended to use up the contents of the containers quickly, once they have been opened. The product is stable for at least 24 months in the unopened original container at room temperature(about 25℃)
